This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and processes for returns, exchanges, and refunds of our products. By making a purchase on trendytrays.com, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If we deliver a product that does not match the item description on our website or if the wrong product is delivered.
  • Quality or Manufacturing Defect or Damage: If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.
 NOTE: Opening video is MANDATORY


- Handcrafted Variations

  • Our products are handmade by skilled artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Slight variations in colour, shape, or size may occur between products. Such variations are not considered defects, thus not eligible for return or replacement.

- How to initiate a return or exchange?

  • Email infrotrendytrays@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for the return
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, attach an image of the item to the email.

(Our team will contact you for the same)

NOTE: Emails and images sent after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.

- Pick up & return criteria

  • If there is a genuine defect in the product, we will be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value, or we will refund your order amount within 5 working days after receiving the product.
  • We do not offer a reverse pick-up service. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the return. However, we can cover the shipping costs up to the amount we charge for shipping.
  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it. If our inspection team confirms that the product is in an acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will process the return or replacement.

- Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner's name via email. Use the AWB number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website for the current location and expected delivery date.

Returns are only accepted when the same product is out of stock. In all other cases, we will provide a replacement.
